Those pictures are exactly a week apart. He's gaining weight and acting like a normal cat again - well, as normal as any of my cats ever act.

I'm feeling better as well. Less apathetic about life and beginning to get back into the swing of things. Despite feeling extremely uninspired I've been dyeing and carding fiber. I'll be updating my (sadly neglected) etsy shop in the next day or so. Here's a peek at what I have ready:
I've also managed to create quite the "to do" list for myself. It's the end of the year rush and I always end up thriving on a certain kind of mad chaos.
so glad Pilot is doing better, love the yummy wool any good for needle felting?
ReplyDeleteThe braids I have would be great for needle felting (not sure about the superwash bfl, though). As for the batts (and rolags) - I suspect the wool content for most of them would be sufficient (though possibly not for wet felting) but can't make any promises as I've never needle felted anything but 100% wool. (:

ReplyDeleteSuch a worry when our pets are ill. Pilot is a beauty - he reminds me very much of my childhood (and right on into my 20s) cat. And so I am smiling with memories, but mostly knowing that your Pilot is on the mend.
